1. Warranty Coverage
Our Tesla spare parts are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only
This warranty is non-transferable
Coverage applies to parts purchased directly from Just Tesla Parts
Warranty is strictly parts replacement only

Important Note: All warranties are parts only. The Company will not be held responsible for any consequential loss or damage, including labour, towing, loss of income, or downtime due to failure of any parts sold.
2. Duration of Warranty
The duration of the warranty varies depending on the specific spare part:

Exceptions:
Items stipulated otherwise in writing will have their warranty period clearly stated on the invoice
All warranties commence from the date of invoice
Special Order Items are non-returnable and not covered by warranty

3. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty will be void and no claim will be recognized where failure has occurred due to:
a) Incorrect or Insufficient Lubricant/Fluid
Failure to use the correct grade or quantity of oil, coolant, or fluid
b) Overheating
Overheating due to cooling system failure
Missing tabs, sensors, or components
c) Failure to Perform Proper Maintenance
Neglecting regular servicing as per Tesla manufacturer guidelines
Failure to replace wear items
d) Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations
Dismantling or modifying the part by unauthorized parties
Repairs performed by non-qualified technicians
e) Improper Installation
Incorrect installation or application
Installation in a vehicle not compatible with the part
f) Accident Damage, Overloading, or Misuse
Damage caused by accidents or collisions
Overloading the vehicle beyond its capacity
Racing, track use, or other misuse
4. Drive Unit Accessories Disclaimer
Important: Drive units are sold as “long bare” units.
Any accessories supplied with the drive unit are for your convenience only
If you choose to use our supplied accessories:
They are not covered by warranty
They may or may not be suitable for your Tesla
Our Recommendation:
We strongly recommend transferring your existing accessories to the new drive unit.
Liability:
The Company is not liable for:
Labour costs associated with transferring accessories
Warranty on supplied accessories
Any damage caused by using supplied accessories
5. Customer Obligations (Warranty Protection)
To protect your warranty, you agree to the following. Failure to do so will void all warranty given:
For All Tesla Vehicles:
✅ Radiator and cooling system to be flushed (receipt required as proof for any warranty claim)
✅ All belts renewed (especially drive belts)
✅ Hoses renewed
✅ Cooling system cap replaced
✅ Oil and oil filter replaced (where applicable)
Important:
Cooling system failure is not covered by warranty if maintenance is neglected
Wrong Diagnosis:
Important: Wrong diagnosis of vehicle faults strictly results in a non-refundable and non-returnable item, especially for electrical components. Other items may be considered for a credit note at our sole discretion.
6. Warranty Claims Process
If you believe that your Tesla part is defective and covered under warranty:
Step 1:
Contact us immediately using the details in Section 10 below.
Step 2:
Provide the following information:
Official receipt/invoice
Details of the defect
Photos or videos (if applicable)
Proof of maintenance (e.g., cooling system flush receipt)
Vehicle details (Model, Year, VIN)
Step 3:
Our customer service team will guide you through the claims process.
Step 4:
If required, return the part to our premises for inspection. Freight must be pre-paid unless prior arrangements are made.
Step 5:
Our team will inspect the part and determine the claim outcome.
Important Claim Conditions:
All claims must be accompanied by an official receipt/invoice
The Company reserves the right to recover costs involved in dismantling, inspecting repairs, out-of-pocket expenses, and freight charges
In the event of a dispute, an agreed independent third party may be engaged to adjudicate the claim
7. Remedy for Covered Claims
If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered during the warranty period:

Important:
All remedies are parts only
No refunds will be issued for electrical items (replacement only)
The Company will not cover labour, towing, or any other costs
8. Limitation of Liability
Under this warranty, our liability is strictly limited to:
Repair of the defective part
Replacement of the defective part (parts only)
Refund of the purchase price (at our discretion)
We are NOT liable for:
Labour costs
Towing expenses
Loss of income or downtime
Consequential or incidental damages
Any other costs arising from the failure of parts sold
By installing products purchased from Just Tesla Parts, you release The Company from:
Labour, towing, or any costs due to failure of any parts supplied
Any claims arising from improper diagnosis or installation

10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised accordingly

11. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
